Personal Injury Telemarketing requires an immediate response on behalf of the accident victim as opposed to other personal injury marketing channels such as Direct Mail, or Billboard Ads which encourage a more apathetic response. Once an accident victim is on the phone we have the ability to engage them in a conversation about their auto accident and explain the benefits of chiropractic treatment after their accident. We can at least get them to say “yes” or “no” to a treatment offer.

Consider that Direct Mail marketing typically produces a less than one percent (1%) response rate (I didn’t say close rate). Furthermore Direct Mail Marketing as well as Billboards Advertising (which is used more for branding and name recognition) are, for the most part, virtually untrackable  when it comes tos ROI and campaign statistics.

Historically Telemarketing outperforms other marketing channels. There is a reason why every Fortune 500 company employs routine telemarketing: It Works! It works very well! As long as you have talent and the right ingredients it is difficult to meet with failure if you run a personal injury telemarketing campaign.
